Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Nurture collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use the app, website, and related services. We use your information to operate the marketplace, process bookings and payments, support AI features, and keep the Service secure.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy. We do not sell your personal information.

1. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you use Nurture. Some data is provided directly by you, some is collected automatically, and some comes from third-party services you choose to use.

2. How we use your information

3. How we share information

We share personal information only when needed to operate the Service, comply with law, or support the transactions you choose to make. We do not sell your personal information.

4. AI features and sensitive information

If you use the AI scanner or submit health-related text or images, that information may be sensitive. We use it to generate scan history, recommendations, summaries, or related features you request.

AI features may process your content through third-party AI providers and may store prompts, outputs, and scan metadata so the Service can show your history, improve features, and maintain safety. AI results are not a medical diagnosis and should not replace a licensed professional.

5. Payments and Stripe

Payments for bookings and some paid features are processed by Stripe or another approved payment processor. We typically receive only the information we need to confirm payment status, manage the booking flow, and issue payouts to professionals.

If you are a professional, Stripe may collect and verify contact details, business or identity information, and identity documents as part of Connect onboarding and compliance. That information is handled under Stripe's own privacy practices in addition to ours.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with tax and legal requirements, maintain security, and support legitimate business needs. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and how you use the Service.

7. Your choices and rights

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and professional or payout features are intended for adults or the age of majority required in your jurisdiction. If you believe a child provided us with personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

10. International transfers

Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than the one where you live because we use global providers such as Stripe, Supabase, Google, and Agora. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your home country.

For privacy questions, contact the support address listed in the app settings or the contact section of these policies.
